People here blaming Heng as if he still has feelings for that girl, when it was all in the past, years ago.. time and again Heng kept on assuring Mo about their relationship, even came forward to assure him when Heng's mom blurted about Heng in the past about Chicha. Who's idea was to bring Chicha into this mess? When Heng was ready to reveal his relationship to his mom?? Why people here blaming Heng about taking time to reveal to his mom, when everyone, even Mo knows how hard it was for him to even reject Boss. Now suddenly Mo acts as if he doesn't know Heng's personality.Heng even gave the ring to Mo, he already sees a future with Mo, but who was the one that broke the hope and never had faith on their relationship and Heng's feelings? In the japanese version I hold accountability to both Maki and Haruta. But in this version Mo is sole responsible for this. Even in reality a person can do this much to make them trust their relationship and love, and if their partner still push away and be harsh and have no faith on their love and relationship, it's better to walk out and let the other realise their mistake.

Atleast Heng is honest about his feelings for Mo & doesn't entertain with exes

nah this time Mo has to stand up for Heng. Heng has done enough. He only needs to be brave in front of Mom and reject Boss.
But Mo cannot point at Heng and show his insecurity when time and again Heng always assured him of his love and seriousness of their relationship. It was Mo who was not brave to even disclose their relationship publicly.
In the japanese version I was taking accountability on both Haruta and Maki, but in this version Mo is truly responsible for this mess

this series is a standalone and not similar to any of the other remakes of the same name, it's an adaptation of a Japanese bl which is a slapstick comedy so if you don't like such genre, you won't like it.
But I would suggest you to try watching as this is lighthearted romantic comedy series, and different from the original.
