omg that's exactly what i was just about to comment. at least in s1 there were some they were able to solve, but in this one they pretty much didn't solve or "win" like 9/10 of the episodes and it was SO frustrating to watch. they go through all these puzzles for no payoff whatsoever. and i thought it would all lead to a great ending, but sadly not ://
it also just makes them seem like such an incompetent team this season compared to the first. what even happened to the writing and the script this time???
the scene in ep 8 (i think?) where tobio watches the video and then immediately after ichihashi yk.....was SUCH a shocking scene. not only because gave a little jump, but i feel like it was SO unexpected even though he said he would in the video. i was literally screaming at tobio to go help him asap and then it all happened too quickly. i'm still in shock from that scene tbh. my jaw legitimately dropped.

literally the best comment i've read all day. i'm honestly getting sick of the double standards int fans have. when int fans are offended, it's okay!!! but when korean fans are offended, they're just being "sensitive" and "toxic." regardless if it's fantasy or not, it doesn't mean korean people can't be upset about important historical figure's disrespectful portrayals, esp with such popular actors too.
It was not an ending, more a preview for s2. We will see if it makes sense when s2 airs. I have my doubts too.
honestly!!! and then the whole shu yi seeing shi de with a girl and automatically assuming he's dating her made me so ??? like wtf was that??? i get it's supposed to set up for s2, but it was sooo out of character and ngl kind of frustrating cuz of all the miscommunication
the latest ep (ep 3) was the first ep i had to wait to be released. do eps start out as for vip-only and then open up for free later? i really hope they don't vip every ep after ep 2 lol, it happens too often ;-;
I'M SO EXCITED BECAUSE I LOVE YINWAR SO MUCH but also so nervous i'm going to end up hating Vee with a passion and having to go through all that torment and torture of Mark's heartbreaking scenes, i'm not ready to experience Love Mechanics AGAIN but even more heart-wrenching and longer eps ???
