Bai Lu & Ao Ruipeng are excellent at portraying their characters. They are both the heart and soul of the drama. Bai Lu's eyes are very expressive and her changes in emotions are smooth and natural. Her crying scenes are beautifully done. Each one is different. Her voice suits the character very well. She dubbs her own voice and does a great job. Ao Ruipeng is a dark horse for sure. His aura, gaze, and acting is also on point. Both did their characters justice. The supporting cast also plays well in their roles, especially the characters Rong Xian & Ling Long & Mu Jiu, & Fu Ling. The drama gives the leads and supporting cast meaningful story lines. My favorite storylines belong to the main leads. Each of their hugs and kisses felt so meaningful and emotional. They both showed how to really love someone. Bai Lu & Ao Ruipeng have so much chemistry. I like the story of Rong Xian & Ling Long, too. I didn't care for Chong Zhao & Fu Ling's love story. I like their individual characters only. Even though there are side stories, they all tie in with the main story line. The main leads also have roles in lots of the side stories, which is really nice. There are no boring episodes. The story is paced very well. The cinematography and cgi are beautiful and well done. The emotional music is played at the right moments. The costumes, hairstyles, and make-up are nice. In summary, the cast is outstanding, the production/editing team is brilliant, and the story line is very good. I really enjoy this drama and will repeat it many times. Love it!!!
