I find Xiang Liu and Jing have some common they are both lonely they have their own beliefs and responsibility they are not stupid like Xiang Liu knows that this is a losing war and he is going to die its just a matter of time and he is aware of those soldiers don't care about him but still he can't give up. jing knows the best option is to kill his brother but he doesn't want to do it why because he was like a father to him and he as leader of the clan has the responsibility of people lives so he can't say fuck it and leave put all including himself and xiao yao in bad situations. he wants to end it well without anyone hurt but it's not an easy thing to do but he will do it .sometimes it’s frustrating to see both Xiang Liu and jing actions but im completely understand them
