ohhh ok! I didn't watch it, so that makes sense!

So I am currently on ep 24 and I have one really really big pet peeve that is actually so small that I am surprised I'm so irked by it. And it's this: In Yuan Shuai's high school love letter, he starts by saying "this is your Yuan Yuan Ge Ge even though you only called me that one time" and at the time where we saw him writing the letter, we had only seen one other flashback of her calling him that, so whatever. But in all the other flashbacks from their childhood, we can see that she actually called him that quite often, so this is an obvious LIE. Anyways, it's such a small matter, but I just needed to kinda rant about it somewhere lol...

so from reading the synopsis, I thought they were just saying she's "allergic to tears" as a way of saying she just doesn't want to look weak... but no... she's literally allergic to tears. Like seriously badly allergic... I didn't even know that was possible? IS it possible?

I totally can see what you mean by the ML being super "annoying, naive, stupid, and immature" (I personally don't fully agree with it, but I can see what you mean), but I also really liked the ending. I think it's all about personal preference.

Yes it is! It depends on the temple and the kind of monk, of course, but many monks have wives and children. Female monks (I guess in English they would be nuns?) can also get married and have children depending on the specific branch of their religion as well.

Even though transexual is more specifically stating that there was no medical change in gender, transgender can still be used as an umbrella term that encompasses transexuals as well. It really just depends on if they want to be more specific or not. And even though you didn't mean your comment to be rude, it does come off as slightly rude.

In other news, I'm completely LOVING Touma's shirt in episode 10 around minute 20.

Regardless of how anyone rates this drama, I think we can all agree that we all could really appreciate a friend like Touma (after episode 7, of course. Before the whole fallout and reunion, he can be a real asshole at times) Especially episode 9 when he was giving advice to Misaki, I thought he was hilarious and such a good friend!

I have not watched this drama, but I am DYING at the choices for the names of the two main leads! Wu Suo Wei? Sounds so much like "whatever" in mandarin. and then Chi Cheng lowkey sounds like they were trying to make him named ChaChing!
