The Director plays a big part too and I trust this Director. " Dating in the Kitchen" is one of my favorite, and "Nothing But You" from the same Director did really good too. The 2 leads in ABAY have a much more likable and stronger characteristics than the characters from Fireworks of my Heart and Only for Love. I too believe in Seven's script picking. Let's hope for the best !

I guess its a happy ending because they marry have 3 kids and a stay together until their old. HanTing perception of love is to wait til the end of life to make the final conclusion after he looks back. So it is sad when he is dying (from old age) he wants Ji Xing to know he always love her.
