Yes, shu brocade family is the same drama. Its funny all her ancient drama have the word "brocade" in it. I would be so happy if its Zhang xing cheng...he would fit the character in the novel.

Shao yichen seem like the type to keep things in so he been holding his frustration in for a long time and finally break up. But Han Ting is different...he always straight forward and communicate with Jixing to work things out.
I think its funny JiXing named her company Xing-chen after her and yichen. Then Han Ting rename the company as Han-xing after he take over her company.

In the novel, there is not many love triangle. Ji Xing already broke up with her boyfriend before she start new relationship with Han Ting. There is Zeng di who always chase after HT but he is a "one woman" man and he only like JX. I am not sure if the screen writer will change story line because I don't see a Zeng di in the drama.

Me too! I initially skipped part 1 but I started reading it because it would be interesting to see TSY and Gao Han as a couple. Shao YiChen is a good boyfriend too but I don't like the way how he broke up with her.
Wow, my role prediction is wrong. Gao Han will play Ji xing ex boyfriend and He Rui Xian will play Ji Xing friend. A little disappointed zhao yi qin is no longer in the list.

It focus on how FL developed her career with ML but there is a lot more romance than MOMO. Unlike most of TSY drama, this novel is not slow burn romance. Its also about how different ML and FL view of life and learn to trust each .
Director is Chen Chang. Does anyone know if he is good? I am not familiar with many of his works but I really like "Dating in the kitchen ". Screen writer is Yang qian zi, she also did Only for love and The Legends.

I watched the awards many times too because they look so good standing next to each other. XK does look older but not 8 yrs older. But I'm not too concern of the age gap. I believe Xu Kai will make a good Han Ting after reading the book. I'm excited to see how the production team will style them.
