Watched this for a change in school-related BL dramas and it was a fun change. The whole crime and mystery plot wasn't done too well in my opinion, but that could be because I watched better ones. Towards the end, all the pieces of the puzzle were already really clear, so it became a bit draggy. But what I liked about this show is the leads' relationship. It's so nice to see a mature relationship between the 2 main characters, and also their acting with each other is really believable. After watching MaxTul in here, now I'm going to binge their other series!
I have to admit I was almost going to drop this drama after the first few episodes because I felt so sad for Third but the plot got interesting and I could see more development of the characters, so I stayed on to finish it. So glad I didn't drop it. I really liked how the drama did the theme of unrequited love. Also, I had to stay on to continue watching because I could never figure out who Un liked from the first few episodes lol
One of the best reincarnation dramas I have seen. The beginning seemed a bit slow for me, but as the plot progressed, everything got more interesting. This isn't a fast-paced drama, but the scenes are so meaningful. A heart-breaking and also heart-warming drama.
Rewatched Boundary Crossing again after 3 years and I still feel like its one of the best dramas in the History series. The acting is a lot better and natural compared to a lot of the other BL dramas. I'm still really sad they couldn't ever film the sequel to this. The ending was too abrupt and I wanted to see more of the volleyball scenes. Also, the whole step-brother part of the storyline was never resolved.
Just finished this drama and I’m not going to contribute to the discussion of the ending (even thought I really hated it) but there were so many things that were never explained properly.... also some of the characters could have been developed better. Also, one of the twins clearly had a thing for Yu Shigu, but the drama didn’t elaborate on it. I’m hesitant to watch History 4 because of the scriptwriter now. I really don’t want the ending to be done in the same way as this one
there are two endings for the drama. the first ending which was the original ending does not have a happy ending. but too many people complained about the sad ending so there's another alternate ending which is more happier.
Binged this drama in 3 days and I'm surprised how good this drama is despite the weird cutting and plotholes. I really liked how all the characters weren't entirely bad but weren't entirely good. Each character had their own weaknesses to overcome, some of the characters overcame their weaknesses, but some failed to overcome their weaknesses and killed themselves for liberation from their crimes and weaknesses. Jiang Yuelou and Chen Yuzhi are both such good complements for each other. One is a policeman who doesn't hesitate to kill and destroy evil, while the other is a doctor who is empathetic to everyone. I love their interactions in the drama. If the production could have fewer plot holes and more publicity, this could have been a really popular drama. I'm really glad I came across this drama
I heard they cut a lot of the scenes from the drama, anyone know where I can watch the cut scenes? Can they be found on youtube or it is only the Mango TV app?
the audience is totally bias in ep 3, wtf ??? Rikki and Liu Yu did so good, why didn't the producer do a better…
The first performance was apparently filmed before the first episode aired so many people didn't know about Riki or Liu Yu or any of the other international trainees or the other new trainees. The voting should get better for the next performance I hope since many people now know about the other trainees.
Im only in my first few episodes and already hate his character
@amaginon I also watched Love Equations too but didn't the 2nd male lead also like the female lead too? The author's other drama, A Love So Beautiful, the 2nd male lead is self-centered but not obnoxious like Fu Pei.
Just finished the ending and I'm kind of frustrated but I knew that it was going to end like this.
I knew that there was going to be a cliffhanger but didn't think it was going to be this bad. It's literally like 'tang san wake up' and 'what is real and what is false'. Now I have to watch the anime and search for the answers that the drama didn't answer. There was so many plot holes and whys throughout the drama. The question that is still frustrating me: Who exactly is Tang San's mother? Why did Bibi Dong kill her husband? and so many other questions.
Nope. He gave him some sort of incense thing that has a calming effect
Nope. From what I understand the father in law gives him the incense thing so he gave sleep well. Also, the father in law wants to treat the ML well so the ML in turn treats him daughter well.
