I'd say YES, but this depends on who you sympathize with. Some characters died and made me shed some tears, but there's nothing to upset emotional state for long, so don't worry about that. One scene close to the end of the second episode made me feel uneasy, but that was the lowest point ever, nothing objectionable after that.
Thanks for the subtitles! I started watching this drama mainly for Ivy Chen, but the whole cast was great, and the plot was really good, the ending is quite fulfilling.
Update: ok, found this out, Matsushima Hatsune. There's a number of close-up shots in ep.5, she's pretty cute.
