honestly, i have mixed feelings about this kdrama. i really loved the main lead's chemistry but had ick sometimes, so overall it's a good one-time watch. But Jang Uk as usual nailed it~!!
Ep19 & Ep20: are top tier eps, not even a single boring scene 🙌 - What I love most about them is their ability to engage in meaningful discussions and be vulnerable with each other. And how he prioritizes mutual effort, so they both feel seen, heard, and valued equally - the epitome of a harmonious love🤍 - "A relationship is about two people. If one day, I make you unhappy, you should tell me. I'll try to change. but if it's still not enough, you can break up with me. I said this because I just want you to always be happy." - Dr He, he's just so pure. - “He Suye, now that I've got you, I should take responsibility for you, even if the ring is on your middle finger, you're still mine. I'll take responsibility for you for the rest of my life.” - Ms Shen, they are my comfort couple <3 - Finally we can to a day where they both can’t sleep because of all the happiness 💚 - Also our pookie comparing his photography skills with taking x-ray😭 Thank you so much to My Flower Couple 💗🌷, for giving so much comfort and love 🌸
Ep17 & Ep18: - First of all, yet again, Dr He proving that he's a whole green forest, by letting her escape from her toxic ex, rushing to her when she sitting on the ground, giving her his coat as she was cold, hugging and comforting her, and wiping her tears away. It may look like the bare minimum, but that speaks so much about his character and how he treats her. - "No matter what happened in the past, good or bad, it's a part of who you are. Accept the past and focus on the present and the future." - Dr He, yet again with his heartwarming words. - "You did nothing wrong." (forehead kiss) - Dr He, said and did the most required things needed Ms Shen which assurance and comfort. - This whole scene was my everything: (her running to him cuz finally realized that she has feelings for him) SXF: "He Suye! He Suye, I like you. If you are still willing, can you be my boyfriend?" (girl, obviously, he would love to) HSY: "Have you thought it through?" SXF: "Yes, so....-" (kiss) HSY: "I'm 32yrs old. Do we really need to start from holding hands?" - HSY stretched her and pulls her into a hug. (he's a smooth operator~~~) (our sly fox at at again ><) - HSY needed to give her one final push for her to confess to him. ( he's two steps ahead of her lol) - "In my eyes, every day you get better and more deserving of love than the last. So, from now onwards, just focus on loving yourself. As for the rest, leave it to me". -Dr He - Like this amount of reassurance and self-love he's giving is just so sweet of him.
Dr He finally won at fishing, and looking forward for more of their dating era~!!!

That's the most important thing". - and i sure do love his sneaky FOX side (pretending to be drunk, making her stay in the hospital room alone with him, red bean homework, etc.), and man's a fisher, legit called her his fish, and said she gotta take responsibility since she hooked him first ><. - FL's so pretty and very good at acting, and i sure do love actresses who can give good crying scenes, my heart ached for her, when she was crying in ep15 - terrible EX is back, hate him so much Looking forward to Dr He and Ms Shen's Dating Era!!!! The behavior of Fl is a big disappointment. She isn't mature to be in the relationship. Just because ex hurt her,…
she didn't mean to, it wasn't completely her intention to hurt him, she is just being hesitant and wants to heal from her trauma first and then dive into the relationship, i respect her for that. and you have your opinion as well
It was so heartbreaking to see Ms Shen cry infront of the mirror, and saying "I'm sorry"x2, like it was evident that she doesn't want to hurt anybody, and doesn't want herself to get either. Dr He's micro-expressions are so flawless ,like i could sense his sadness, feeling of betrayal while he was watching his father, he's so good that i could feel his emotions through the screen, Zhang Ling He's such a great actor.
Also, no one expected his grandfather wished him a happy bday? like that too, his grandpa's like "just smile and let it go", bro, Dr He is already dealing with a lot and suppressing emotions alot, i was bawled, but i know that's what we all do in the end of the day.
A single emoticon from Ms Shen can make her Dr He forget all his troubles, and finally smile, loved how both of them genuinely wished each other Happy New Year and Dr He trying to continue the call. He was so ready to answer the video call, and i was shaken when i saw tears develop in his eyes, when she wished him Happy Birthday, a single wish has so much power, i was crying 🤧. such angst eps, but still i loved them alot ><
Dr He got rejected by Ms Shen, and i felt very emotional watching his minute expressions, and the way he walked away after still caring for her, like "is that your final answer?", my heart sank 🥺 He was looking so heartbroken 😢.I couldn't bear to see him like that.
I didn't like that everyone around them somehow found out she rejected him, like couldn't a matter of people just stay btw those 2 only?
Also, i do understand where Ms Shen is coming from, i also would be so afraid of reliving through the same trauma and wounds, and yes, i love for that the fact that she took a stance for herself, and was clear in rejecting him, but i know she loves him so much as well. And Dr He gets rejected twice once by Ms Shen, and another by his hospital director regarding his project and somehow assumes that he's a substitutionary satisfaction for her, like ? , he's had enough this ep.
Shen was so pretty while holding back her tears in front of him and her parents after rejecting him, she was so hesitant, and i understand it. Dr He is so set in making me sad, like that lingering look he gave when she walked away from the bench, i was motionless.
For once, i liked Ms Shen's friend Ms Xu, as she told Ms Shen to talk out with Dr He atleast, and loved that Fang also told her pov which was much needed, but i was so sad seeing Ms Shen crying alone in the snow, it was so painfully beautifully shot. Also, another applause for Dr He as he said "can't she say this words to me herself?", and yet again we sure do love him. ><
Shen literally searched for the time difference between Switzerland and China. she's so in love, btw it was 7hrs. She felt hesitant after knowing that fact and keeps away the sachet in the desk. like girl, Dr He will not care about LDR.
Boy, he admits that he is still pursing her with everyone in the discussions. and the way they teased him was so fun to watch. Loved how everyone in the hospital knew and went "Jiayou" 😂.
He comes to know that she was stood up, and immediately asks Li Jie to ask her to join them, and both them help her in getting comfortable, like by giving her the soup or by changing the game just for her. I liked Li Jie for that, even though felt angry cuz he interrupted them lol😂. Shen literally goes "Su Ye", like she is so stuck with his name? haha
Dr He steps out to her out, like if she wants to dip or something, and asks her if she got stood up, he was happy that she did, and didn't get to see him, also i did catch those subtle smiles, hehehe. Also liked how he guessed if it was blind date, and knows her routine, that she goes home after work. we sure do love observant men. Loved that he asks her if they can go home together tonight. And they walk back together, like their feet, they were so beautifully captured.
Dr He, being the black knight and answering the truth question "do you have a crush on anyone right now?" and "who's it?" so that she doesn't have to drink, and i was legit screaming, "YES", while looking in her direction and "the girl that I met in April". He being so subtly sly. >< point to note: they meet in April, and looks like February is coming soon, she has to leave soon😭Him carrying her back, in a bent posture, so that she doesn't fall off (he's 190cm). he's so considerateeeeeee~!!!!!!!
