I'm only on the second episode and I've just realized that the ML is the second guy we come across. I'm loving this show, but I'm in the mood to be swept off my feet. Does the ML stay like a puppy? I'm loving everything else, but I'm just not in the mood for a marshmallow love right now.

Ok, level with me. I'm on episode 3 right after he pulls her from the water, she nearly slaps him, then comes back holding his pinky like a lovesick puppy. For me, this is embarrassing and cringey. Does the cringe factor go down? Because i would rather drop this than watch much more of that.
