It's a good watch. But.... .... the directing and cutting often chose visuals over story/emotions. For example the first kiss. You can basically hear the director telling them that Inn needs to move his head back because the light is not between them. It's awful. .... If you can ignore the French. To be honest, I put it on mute and just read subtitles whenever French was spoken. I do not expect an actor to speak a language perfectly. But.... I was hoping for better than this, for sure. .... I'm over everyone having glossy shiny lips all the time! For real.
Funny? Yes. A little messy? Yes. The best series I ever watched? No. Top ten? No. Did I get attached to the characters? Yes. Did I cry at the end? Yes.
I recommend for a lighter-hearted binge watching session.
Was it fun? Yes. Did I hate the forced staging? Yes. A lot of the scenes (an I'm not even talking about the chatroom ones) were so forced. Especally the more intimate scenes felt so fake because of the way they edited the actors and the actions - and they overdo it with "smoldering looks". I had to skip forwards so many times because of how awkward it felt.
It took me a few days to watch the final episode (and that includes everything on double speed and skipping at least half of it). I highly recommend skipping this one.
10/10 must watch. But be prepared.

I loved them in their LITA part. But this one is just so badly written. The story alone, oof.
