Vivi's fate can't be changed because of four's step mother. As long as the thing between four and her mother isn't over, her fate to die will always happened. Since the killer is the same, the step mother's accomplice. Thus, jattawa needed to know the fact about the killer first (being the step mother's accomplice) and sent him to the jail to free vivi's doomed fate.

As for kie, i also think that this is unnecessary part. They better make a glimpse about vivi, jattawa, and four's life after everything's ok😄
