i just finished this for the first time, after having read the novels a few years back. i initially had started watching this in 2022 T-T but the only reason it took me sooo long is the never-ending flasback. i loved that the book switched between the present and the past, it made it much easier for me to keep on going. this of course does not mean that this show wasnt a masterpiece and entirely perfect!!! they portrayed the characters beautifully, i cannot imagine a better wei wuxian than xiao zhan and a better lan wangji than wang yibo. even without any declaration of romantic involvement between them, they still managed to make it feel as if they're in love. this was truly a great journey that i wish never ended, but all great things must come to an end unfortunately. anyway i'll be grieving the ending of my the untamed journey for a couple of days :((( see ya around

i think it depends on the script tbh, if they make religion seem old fashioned and idk bash it then yeah that’s extremely disrespectful but if they show someone struggling with it while being respectful i dont see any problem but maybe im biased im not a christian so 🤷🏻‍♀️
