Title Fight Song Spoiler
Unexpectedly really liked it. All the characters are really likable and well acted out and it's a rather unique…
For me that part is relatable because even who I dress feminine, people around me say I’m not feminine just because the way I act. Since Japan is conservative I get why she think that

I have love hate relationship with this series, I binged watched the series in one night that now I’m depressed and the main song track of series has been playing in my head for five days (even now). So I’m going to yap
The only things I dislike about the series:
The age gap relationship between main characters and fan x idol relationship because it’s realistically their relationship wouldn’t even last. And too much running scenes.
The Masaki the female lead is annoying, yes. But it’s realistic for her character to act like that, she’s what? 16? 17? And by the time she died she’s 19? 20? Most of the teenagers are emotionally immature. Age of consent in Japan is 16, but most Japanese parents are kinda conservative about their daughters’ “purity” and virginity, and they want them to save it until marriage, so it’s common for minors to secretly have intercourses or one night stands. Or due to the age of consent, some parents doesn’t mind at all as long as their sixteen. (How do I know? My relatives and friends lives there). So in this series, the problematic things are added purposely to be disturbing, they’re main points of the story. The story of this series is realistic (maybe except fan x idol long lasting relationship part), things like that happens and happened in real world.

Disturbing things about KMSD, which has nothing to do with the 'conventionally problematic' themes of the show:1.…
I don’t really mind the story except the age gap I hate it and yeah stalker fan thing, until now in Japan age of consent is 16, so it’s realistic for Keigo to hang around with Masaki, and back then (or maybe even now) I think the famous singers and idols like the attention they get from their groupies. They only care about what happens after.

Ngl the only good thing about this series is acting (minus Taiwan accent) tbh I can’t even hate Kaoru, she’s complex and realistic but wrong for going after her dead sister’s boyfriend

Watched this for Takeshi Kaneshiro. He looked great but I didn't like his character (he's a creep) and so it was…
It’s reasonable for her to act like that she was like 16 to 19

I wonder if it would ruined the story, if the ending was changed into Masaki surviving a few more years than her dying on their wedding day. Not a big fan of age gap relationships but I think this series deserves a reboot as a movie.
