I think Sae Byeok and CYR are total different vibed characters. Sae Byeok is quick witted, always cautious of both people and her surroundings. CYR on the other hand is shy, timid and antisocial. Both characters are quiet but for total different reasons. Sae Byeok stays quiet while being super observant while CYR stays quiet and wants to avoid anythiing and everything at all costs.

Oh was it really written specifically Alice? I never knew! I havent watched any dramas with JYB so I cant say much. But one actress that popped into my mind today was Gong Hyo Jin. What do you think?

I agree, I watched his drama 'Thirty But Seventeen' a while back and it wasn't really memorable. Maybe he's improved since then, we'll see.

The first episode or two starts off slow but it is definitely worth watching!! I rewatched it 3 times. There are so many little details in there that I've never noticed the first time I watched it.

I haven't watch squid games yet but I just read a brief synopsis of it and first thing that popped into my head was Animal World!

She reminds me of the main character in the webtoon called "Let Me Stay Over Tonight!"

I am normally neutral towards remake, but this time knowing a remake is coming for Someday or One Day makes me uncomfortable in a way. I'm scared that the drama's going to get buthered. But I'm also scared it might get more recognition than original. Hopefully that won't be the case. To me this drama is a masterpiece. I have watched it 3 times already and each time I would find small details that I missed before. I honestly don't think the remake will be as good as the original. The soundtracks, especially Wu Bai's Last Dance played a huge role in the drama. I love the original so much and just can't see a remake happening.

Side note: for those who haven't started the drama, the first 1-2 episodes start out slow, but keep going. Trust me it'll be worth it.

I'm usually a sucker for good Taiwanese Dramas; they tend to be very wholesome. I think my all-time favorite Taiwanese drama is 'Someday or One Day'. I don't remember exactly which one was my first one, but the KO One series was a big part of what ultimately led me to love Taiwanese dramas.

Yeah, I agree. I saw it at #2. Then the very next day it just disappears from the list, not even making it to top 10.

This drama leaves me speechless. The storyline is just phenomenal. It's been a while since I watched sometime like this. I'm going to be so sad; not sure when will I be able to watch something this good again.
