If I'm remembering right no he didn't cheat on her. There were some things that happened between them but he didn't cheat on her.

Well it is a big part of the story, so if you really can't watch a drama that involves cheating I wouldn't recommend it to you. You can always watch the first episodes and see if you like it!
I don't like that topic either, but as it is discovered right in the first few episodes and as I am liking the story I find it a little bit more tolerable.

Yes, cheating is one of the main parts, but it is discovered in the first few episodes.
