It's not someone's idea. There is a site that describes Mouse's story to be a righteous police then his life changes after getiing a lobe something transplant from a serial killer. Someone screenshot that and posted on twitter. Even if it's true, it's no longer there. As far as I know it's not a story made by fans, not at least ifans because the description was in Korean.
