He did good as the villain in strong girl kang namsoon so it's not exactly new for him, but i would love to see him in another romcom but not necessarily youth, i mean he's 32... come on...

Then we must not have the same Netflix because nowadays in tv shows 50% of characters are LGBT even though in real life it's suppose to be a minority. There used to be good LGBT shows or plotlines which I adored but now it's just getting too forced and seeing you complaining all the time even though you are already accepted by most people it's just so annoying, everyone is already walking on their tiptoes just not to offend you. Clearly Korea is conservative and there's nothing wrong with it, not everything has to be seen on TV, why do you need to be represented all the time so bad? Don't you know who you are ? why don't you just accept yourself and live your life ?
the fact that they still straight wash queer characters in 2024 is an insult to all the people who faught to get…
if you wanna see gays just go on Netflix and you'll see that 99% of their shows are LGBT, it's ok to have something hetero for once... Plus you know, there are even hetero kdramas where the couple is ambigious and never kiss, so just interpret it as a gay show and shut up already.
Well, the drama is not focused on them only, but several characters having their own story in the entertainment…
i don't mind a slice of life but when the characters are not that interesting and the writing is weak i simply do not care about the story which let's be honest, pretty much doesn't exist in this drama. I loved weightlifting fairy kim bok joo for exampple which is a slice of life and yet i found the story captivating and each episode was fun to watch, also the main leads had lots of screentime even if they only got romantic at the end of the drama... In this drama, the romance is the only interesting thing tbh and sadly they only gave the main leads 5 mins each episodes which is a bad decision.
I'm on episode 4 but i'm so disappointed, the main couple have good chemistry and potential but sadly they only have 5 mins screentime every episode and the rest is just bad writing. Nothing interesting is happening, guess i'll have to drop it. :(
I really like the supernatural part about dreams and secrets not yet unveiled. But the fact that there is a supernatural…
they all fall in love in a short amount of time in kdramas what are you talking about? at least the romance here is treated naturally and is more realistic than in most shit
this is too overrated. It's a nice drama but seems like people are overreacting about this one.
it's not overrated tbh, i think people really love this drama because for once they showed a realistic and natural romance which is very rare in a k-drama.

omg thanks for the reply, tho I know most of these dramas and they are not the same sadly, looks like it's pretty rare to find something like WFKBJ...the main couples are rarely so comfortable with each other...sad.
Do you know any k-drama with similar romance??? I mean where the guy is not a jerk but just playful/tease the girl and she's strong and fights with him all the time...
Cuz I really loved their banter and how they were so comfortable with each other, they were actual friends who then felt in love and that's rare to see in kdramas, do you know anything similare? especially with the playful guy, I just loved jung hyeong so so much, he's hilarious I died laughing XD
I loved this drama a lot but didn't really liked the two leads, I mean, he was a massive jerk and she was so weak and never stand for herself, never. I know it's pretty common in dramas but it was really strong in this drama and it bothered me the whole time cuz I couldn't like them together. Of course I'm not saying that you shouldn't watch it cuz you should. I'm just saying....
