The trailer for ep 23 is so heavy , like yunshu seems to be winning , the governor is totally corrupt , the main villain is probably empress dowager, usually it is them only. That yunshu is a viper , she saw how shanbao even had erected a grave for her mother and I mean she is already given control but she has to abide by her venomous nature and harm others minding their business
