After watching the ending , I am wondering if I changed dramas mid way , what happened , its like in last 4 eps we watched a whole seperate drama , the duke who is supposed to be so powerful is confined in his own home , the brother is killed , the duchess suddenly went mad and what not , the leads still didnt marry like wow , it would have been better to leave the drama when they were going to get married thats the ending , cause even ep 36 ending is same

Well as they say u can never be sure of anything until it ends so not sure 😊 , I think it's more about the experiences we had that shapes out views when we watch drama and this evryone has different opinions and experiences

People are complaining the role reversal is being too much , but I dont think so , I mean this i s how cdramas like except the roles are reversed , also the FL is not know it all , she is schemed against as well , the reason she seems to be better than ML is because she comes from a powerful family and she has power in the family , but ML is also from a poweful family , where he has no hold and no one knows his identity , so its very normal that Fl will seem more powerful and control of situation than ML

The mastermind , Rong Shanbao is , I see why she is thankful to her grandmother . The amount of hardships and experiences have made her sharp as a blade , dude even I am simping for her , She is too cool , ML has to work harder to get her

I read in a spoiler which confirmed what u said , that she and rsb are in this together to pull out all enemies of Rong family , also yunshu hates the grandmother and wants to poison her but in end cannot do so because she is her grandmother no matter what she did. And supposedly yunshu would be giving back the heir post to shanbao as she realises she cannot do it and none can like shanbao

The grandmother did a good job , gave them a common enemy ,herself , now they are together in this instead of fighting with each other

So i read a spoiler that he is fake yan guy but is instead descendant of weight family , who came to win over shanbao to take over the wei family assets and revieve the family

She knew what rsb told to oldies was correct , I mean u can hate rsb but cannot argue that she always worked and wanted the best for Rong family and members

The grandmother was already hysteric that she lost her puppet and is glad thinking she found one (she found a viper though ) , and that is why thinks can discard shanbao by hitting and scolding her
