it definitely feels like they put in the molestation backstory as a way to soften the blow of him being so hateful but it really doesn't help the gross feeling i get from him continually saying how much he hates gays,, i totally get why he'd be so repulsed by being touched by men bc of how he was treated but ,, im not sure how to articulate this actually ,, i dont like how this show tried to present him as a victim of being misrepresented (?) when he called techno's senior gay friends slurs ? hate how thats how his backstory was introduced
