yes, four couples plus the woman who is the owner of the club/bar.
i enjoy change series' for their crazy writing so give it a shot 🤷♀️ one thing i will say is that the first ep is like... kinda boring since it's just setting the concept up
excellent show! definitely one i'll be showing my gf
i'm curious about how much christian imagery and plotlines we've had this year in ql - ticket to heaven, shades, and now juliet & juliet - anyone else got any musings on the uptick?
lol according to this comment you think a person who got a B score would be classed as being top 2 in the class? even though there are five other people with a higher score? do you understand now?
wah i've had this in my plan to watch ever since i finished my personal weatherman idk why it took me so long to finally watch - its so my style. asagi was so annoying 😭
A question: Can Shogun speak Mandarin? I know that most Chinese dramas (as well as this one (I think?)) are dubbed…
there are two dubbed versions - thai and mandarin. shogun is speaking thai and the others are speaking mandarin and then it gets dubbed over in whatever audio version you're watching. i don't think shogun can speak mandarin....
As a second season, it abandons much of the naturalistic style and artistic sensibility that made season one a…
seriously ! the 30-year time jump moments are what's making me so conflicted on what to rate this. there were some moments in this bl that amazed me - some very good television - so why did we need gelzbaby??? it added nothing (for me)
How is Sangnuea supposed to overcome that mindset, when he's been told since he was a child, that omegas aren't…
agree with everything, napitch comes from an unbelievably privileged stance. i think the screenwriter's thought processes was on building up the bite and the taking away of an omega's agency being an awful terrible no good thing to do... and then delivering it to the villain as the ultimate punishment. however, i think this would only be satisfying if you are totally unsympathetic to ongsa... which is dreadful.
i like reading omegaverse primarily as an exploration of gender dynamics and this, of course i didn't assume this show would be the best, but i didn't expect them to shit all over it - especially with what they set up early on.
i can't believe they had an alpha lecturing an omega on how he should change his mindset and focus on himself to get over the hierarchical differences in omegaverse presented completely uncritically. i mean.. i can believe i just think its total shit. this drama is way too pro-alpha for my liking
I agree 100% with your statement. I don't really love it either. But if he didn't mark him, Nakhin would've been…
i know it's in the fundamentals of omegaverse that alphas are above omegas and they can do whatever they want to them but i was hoping for something different considering how much this show talked about... how bad it was. sighhh... at least some push-back would be appreciated, you know? from the mum or phatsa?
i really don't like how the sangnuea plotline was resolved with napitch marking him... we spent how long focusing on the psychological turmoil that phatsa was put through because of being marked and now theyre using it to get rid of the villain? so lazy, ruins whatever grace i had for them exploring the topic in the first place. in the end, alphas rule omegas drool is it? i hate that a lot.

the vibes of this show seem interesting, but i'll have to see how it turns out later bc this ep was just setting things up
