To be honest i think the end scene where MoTaeGu died or got killed, is not how he actually died. The reason for that is because the doctor that did the check up told the assistant to make sure he was indeed taking the medicine he was suppose to take. From that it seems like MoTaeGu is neglecting help. Therefore, the horrific scene of how he died could possibly be due to this mental illness taking place and engulfing his mind.

But nonetheless, when it skipped over to KangKwonJoo explaining how he was killed by another patient at the mental hospital, that I believe to be true - but probably not as gruesome as it was portrayed. So in a way one can view his death to be as pathetic as how he turned out to be as a human.

This drama was enjoyable because of all those that came together to show their amazing acting skills. Aside from some plot holes, I do recommend this drama to those that are into Crime/Thriller dramas.

***Sidenote - I felt that MoTaeGu's mental illness death in his head was as pitiful and sad as when I saw how Light Yagami from Death Note died (An Anime) lol I don't know how many will agree.
