Title Cutie Pie Spoiler
Is this at all good?
Yes! I usually do not watch bl dramas bc a lot i have seen seem more toxic then cute. But this one was sweet, funny and with lots of fluff. If your looking for a cute drama to watch during your free time then this is a nice drama to watch (though this had its own not so great aspects... like was not a fan of the possessiveness of both male leads but it was not too bad ). I like the romance storyline bc it shows how much people hide from each other and if they truly want to built a relationship with someone to start a life with one anther then they have to be more honest and etc. And the relationship btwn all the friends was sweet and funny as hell. I loved it, Definitely a cute drama worth watching.

I felt like there should have been more. But other then that it was super sweet and amazing ... i mean at least we got our wedding in the ancient time.

Does this follow another adaptation? Does that have a happy ending?
I agree a lot of dramas ive liked i have had to stop in middle bc of how they romanticize rape in it. As someone who has seen real life scenarios with men and woman who have had to deal with sexual assault i can no way condone it in anyway. It both scares and saddens me how tv stations can romanticize something so sick and horrifying. If that is how the population thinks romance is like we need to be educating people better.
Anyway ive started to rewatch thai dramas bc of how there changing there ways. Plus though the scripts maybe weird i love the actors who are trying there best to portray there characters!

Actually a lot of thai dramas are rapey but bc of the negativity towards it especially now they have started to recently die down all of that and made newer version of there older dramas less horrifying like having rape and etc in it. But they still have a long way to go. At least thats my opinion.

Title A Tale of Ylang Ylang Spoiler
The baby is the guys she married. The thing is this isnt a romance drama its a revenge drama. Thats why it has…
truthfully im not actually sure bc i skipped around a lot i wasnt really focused on the romance more on trying to understand the storyline. I think the romance develops in the beginning and then slows down once her revenge starts and then goes on later on again. But it is still going on so who knows. I haven't been watching the drama lately just random clips and so on. So from what i can tell is the romance btwn the two is starting up again.

From what i have seen she is faithful to her husband, but again i skipped around a lot so i may be wrong all I know is she does care about the male lead but is not with him and marries her husband for revenge. She doesn't seem to care for the husband but does not cheat. Also the husband is a selfish prick and a loser ... personally i dont like any of them they all have some greed in them that makes you dislike them. The only person i kind of like is the male lead but im also meh about him to. They all have there flaws but its fun to watch. I just think they made the villains so typically and annoying. But thats just me. You might like it but again this type of drama depends on ur preference this wasn't my cup of tea so i skipped around but some people really like it. I think if you are looking for a melodrama then this maybe for you but if you dont like dramatic stuff happening at every second and everyone frustrating the crap out of you this may not be for you.

So was not exactly boyfriend. (im still a little confused about that too. From what i understand they are childhood friends or of some sort of that, its complicated) More like she was in love with him but shit happened and she decided not to pursue it bc she wanted revenge. I didnt watch all of it i skipped around. But from what i understand other people destroyed her family and the guy was always there for her. But when it came time to be with him her drive for revenge was stronger. At points you can see why she chose to be the person who she became. (though definitely dont condone her behavior a lot of times) And the guy new that, though he was super sad about it. He never gave up on helping her no matter how much time passed. So you essentially feel bad for the male lead. But the storyline made it switched where instead of a full blown female lead there is a full blown devoted male lead.
I think this is a gray are kind of drama you either like it or not, but this female lead is no peach in a cobbler. If you want a good or really likable lead this prob isnt your drama but the thing is i was mix bc when i saw this drama the whole saying "monsters are not born there created" came to mind. So i both disliked and liked the female lead plus the actress who plays the lead is a good actress and i like her dramas. Anyway hope that helps.

Wait so whose baby is it??
The baby is the guys she married. The thing is this isnt a romance drama its a revenge drama. Thats why it has such high rating plus all the actors did a pretty good job portraying there characters. Though like you, i was not a fan of her using the guy who loved her. You were already informed from the beginning that no matter what (even if it meant forsaking her own happiness by marrying a guy she didnt love) she was going to have revenge for what happened to her father.
