I’m intrigued but it’s hard waiting for subs lol. But I’m thankful for the people who translate for international viewers if it wasn’t for them, we wouldn’t be able to watch all these dramas. Now I wait

I wonder is this will achieve close to the success of The Untamed? The story has a lot of potential but what also made TU so successful was Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo's acting and chemistry. Hopefully Arthur Chen and Luo Yinxi can do the same. If they do then that's a huge big step for BL dramas in China just like The Untamed was.

I have fallen in love with Liang Jie and Xing Zhao Lin after watching them in You Are My Destiny. That I can't wait for this one too but first I got to watch S1 and S2 first haha

same I guess it has to do with what we're getting into the frustrating part of the story. Hopefully it goes back up in later episodes.

Watched up to episode 4 and I think I'm gonna have huge second male syndrome in this one sigh. Usually I want the FL to end up with the ML but from the episodes I've seen so far and ome of the comments on here the ML is too much of a jerk(will he change later? maybe.) But right now I prefer the 2nd male lead. Let' see if that changes in the future.

yes he does, unfortunately I think he's about to get worse. I do like that he has a bit more humanity in this version than the original because he was an @#%^ in that one. STILL he has A LOT of work to do before Jaixin can forgive him.

The script writer of Tiger and Rose? I’m in! The trailer really made me want to watch this too. Hopefully subtitles are released soon.

I might give this a look though I doubt it will be as good as The Romance of Tiger and Rose

This one seems to be following the original Taiwanese version more closely than the Korean version & the Thai versions from the spoiler clips I've seen on Youtube. So I don't think he'll get sick in this version, we'll see.

Started watching this today. So far so good, I like the whole jungle/innocent yet strong female aspect. The male lead is kinda of a jerk but most are in the beginning of romcoms until they fall for the FL lol. I like how it's a bit different from the other romcoms with the whole action/adventure plot but still remains a romcom underneath it all.

I watched ep 1 & 2 today and am I the only one that is getting The Untamed vibes from this? They're so similar story wise imo even the characters are Tou=Wangji and Xuezhi=Wuxian, even the same color schemes, White & Blue vs. Black & Red. Sure the story & characters aren't exactly the same as they shouldn't be but because of the similarities to TU I'm intrigued and it grabbed my attention. I'll continue watching and I'll say that I enjoyed what I watched so far

the storyline

Rewatching this with my brother. His first time, my second and I love it even more now. I can feel Lan Wangji’s and Wei Wuxian’s love even more strongly now. There were some little moments I missed in my first viewing that I’m able to capture now. Great acting by Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo! I heart them. Some will say this is just a bromance but to me it really isn’t. It’s more than that and my brother agrees. Plus this show has some of the best best characters ever. I love the writing and plot development so much. My bro is enjoying it a lot too. The Untamed truly is a masterpiece.
