So I've watched up to episode 12 so far and I'm gonna say that this drama is tied with The Romance of Tiger and Rose as my favorites this year! I love the story and I love the chemistry between the protagonists. I'm definitely gonna watch the Eternal Love Series after I'm done with this one. Anyway I love the progression of Xiyi's feelings for Jiaxin. They're not rushing anything, him falling in love with her(without knowing of course ;)) feels natural. I'm also loving Jiaxin's development, she's getting stronger by the minute. Sure you can say her character development is slooooow(XD) but it's there, well they don't call her Snail for nothing do they? XD! I've previously watched the Korean version so I know we're up for some heartbreaking and frustrating episodes coming up. As long as they don't drag anything, the audience will be ok. So far the pacing is really good.... I hope they keep it that way.

I'm watching this one along side You Are My Destiny and sometimes I can't pick which one I like more. Both are so good! well acted and the protagonists have so much chemistry together. Also the story keeps you glued to the screen and wanting more once an episode is over. I do feel like the SL in The Romance of Tiger and Rose is a it stronger though. I can feel the romance and the character development in every episode. Plus, the show has the right amount of comedy mixed in with emotional/dramatic moments. Just the right touch of those elements makes this so addicting. If only they would make a S2, that would be even better!

That ending! Perfect! I was worried but I ended up so happy. I'm glad Korea did this BL, it's progress. Hopefully there will be more in the future.

Another Drama I'm super hyped for this year. So far the ones that I've been really excited for this year(The Romance of Tiger and Rose & You Are My Destiny haven't so far so....) so really looking forward to this one.

I’m excited for this one. Even though I’m used to watching him with Liang Jie. This sl sounds good!

Xiyi(ML) will still have his problems of they keep close to the original. But. imo he's the most humane of the versions up to now. He kinda has this softness that the other ones didn't really. He's still gonna make us angry though lol.

I was gonna wait til this ended airing before watching but I decided to bite the bullet before. What an emotional roller coaster this show is! In only 10 mins per episode it makes you feel so much. I wish the episodes were longer though, I'm left wanting more every time an ep ends. Now I wait til the end even though I'm nervous as to how it will end. Sometimes Korean dramas tend to have tragic/sad endings. I'm hoping that's not the case but I'm preparing for it.

So the lost chemistry in the last two episodes has been discussed a lot on here. Here’s my two cents we don’t know what happened for Bright and Win’s chemistry it could have been a lot of issues or maybe they weren’t that close to be comfortable together in the first place. I’ve been rewatching Love by Chance a lot lately which was also Saint and Perth’s debut into the bl world but the difference there is that their chemistry never faded it remained as good from beginning to end. More shockingly is that Perth was only 17 when he filmed that but his scenes with Saint are some of the best I’ve seen in bl. I heard that up til recently Saint and Perth were really close, so that helped them be comfortable a lot in their scenes. I may be projecting but maybe Win and Bright weren’t that close which added to some awkwardness in the end. Or it could all have been because the end was actually filmed first before everything else lol

For The Untamed to be considered a bromance it sure convinced my brother, who had no idea it was adapted from a BL novel, that WWX and LWJ were in love he felt it big time. I know that there’s lots of people will see this as a bromance because of the censorship but it’s not, it’s a love story. XZ and WYB put their all into their acting and their scenes together, they convinced that their love was there. Also gonna praise the script in how many moments they left in there that showed us more than just bromance. I’m so thankful for this little treasure
