I hated the manga yet I've reread it a couple of times. This adaptation doesn't compare. I dislike this more and it doesn't help the second lead is one of my favorite actors/models. Yet here I am, finishing my first rewatch. Why do I willingly subject myself to suffering?
I wouldnt say this is bad but definitely not as good as 8.7.It's my opinion tho.
Nah, I get it. Happens to me a lot, which is why I've started a lot of dramas but finished few. (Have you watched ep13 yet though? Nothing too surprising, but it seems to have picked back up.)
It's surprisingly good. It doesn't beat around the bush (both in the story and romance) and avoids common plot devices that would've come into play by now. The thriller/suspense and romance/comedy aspects are unexpectedly balanced as well. That is, so far. Check it out if you haven't already, and you might just like it.
For a live action based off a shoujo, I'm pleasantly surprised. Yeah, everyone wanted Kentaro, but Aran really pulled through. I figured he'd grow on me throughout the movie.
Anyway, I'm just glad my favorite manga was given a satisfactory live action. :')
I put this off for a while since there were a lot of comments of people who couldn't get past some certain episodes. I ended up loving it (I thought the romance was well done since the build-up was gradual. I just believe it's because we didn't know Ji Bai's thoughts that made the ending seem sudden.)
It wasn't bad, but it wasn't outstanding either. I liked it because tropes were broken, but it was quite uneventful the last few episodes. I was hooked on the first half of the series, but then I realized there was nothing more to this show than a cute, fluffy couple that had amazing chemistry.
Oh boy! It's bad! I saw everywhere that it's a "classic" must-watch drama. I took the opportunity…
Thank goodness I didn't go past a minute into the first episode. I didn't know what else was to come, but I wasn't buying it. (Probably too soon to drop something, but I've never been so turned off by a drama.)
Is she trying to win both of them back romantically? I'm hoping I'm wrong since they're doing a good job at still portraying her as humanly possible, but if that's the case, then wow.
I'm really liking this one! It's already surpassed some dramas I loved. I hope it continues to do well and not slowly fall off a cliff like many dramas I would've loved have.
What exactly is the premise of this drama? I came across a lot of good reviews from others and MDL, so I started it a little while back but got too busy to continue. I got maybe 10/20 mins. in, and I can't say I hated it, but I can't say it pulled me in either. I suppose that's expected of a drama like this.
Either way, I'll be continuing it once I've finished the dramas I'm currently watching, but I just want to know what to expect and what not to expect.
Hopefully it'll have a better ending than the drama - I HATE 'open endings'.......
Haha, I personally preferred it since it didn't show a definite ending with the main lead as I was rooting for Baek In Ho (then again, wasn't about everyone rooting for him?).
Anyway, I'm just glad my favorite manga was given a satisfactory live action. :')
Anyone know where to read the novel?
