IMBD has some excellent reviews of this film. It is for mature audiences as it does contain nudity and sex scenes.…
2018-07-15. Rewatching this movie again, I'm reminded that near the end, beginning at 1:41:45, he has an inner monologue, "Now that I come to think of it, it was every other week that she came by."

Perhaps she had some other place to go every other week.
