No, it's not a spoiler. Both protagonists are diagnosed early on in the movie with terminal illnesses, the viewer sees and knows this. This dialogue happens near the beginning, he thinks she's stuck-up. And she is at this point, but probably scared inside. And also at this point he's still too loose, and she's still too tight. But it will all work out.

Read the reviews and comments here, and also the dramabeans review, then watch the movie. It's nicely done, they get married at the end (Spoiler!), there's nothing macabre in this movie, it's pretty much a well-done serious-subject comedy.

Should We Kiss First? episodes average just under 30 minutes [19h59m35s/40]. Watching late at night I can't always make it to the end of hour episodes. I've come to like and appreciate these shorter episodes.
