Well! That was a quick binge watch! Another series done. I don't know why but I thought, from the description, that it would have been better. It was an okay-ish series. Michael acting as Bas is phenomenal (cause he was the only one that got me a bit emotional at the end there).
I am annoyed that, of course, there is going to be a second season. But, well, that's just me. And, like a person said earlier, it was a bit anticlimactic, as we now have to wait on the second season to see the outcome.
Max and Nate has once again saved a series for me! In Y Destiny, out of the three couples that they have shown so far, they are the best. And now in Close Friends out of the three couples showed so far- they are the best! They were able to do SOOO much in just those 16 minutes and 30 seconds.
I hope that in the future Max and Nate get a series where they are the main leads. Cause they honestly deserves it!
Glad to write this for this series- another series completed! I can see why people enjoy this series. It was a good watch, took me a bit longer than I thought it would. But still- a good watch.

I actually understand where you are coming from cause it took me awhile to complete this series (now finished it today!). It was good, not gonna lie about that. However, they were some scenes/ episodes that I felt was a bit tedious that I had to stop watching the drama at some point. But, I did come back to this series and was able to complete it!
Another series completed! I loved it from beginning to the end! Song Joong Ki and Kwak Dong Yeon has made me a fan of thier work! Can't wait to see what else they are acting in! 10/10!
Personally for me, I did not like this Mon and Team. Thier storyline was not it for me. Also, I felt nothing when these boys were crying. Like...nothing at all.
However, I will say that I was impressed with thier kissing scenes. But, as I have stated numerous times, sometimes steamy kisses cannot save a not so good show. This here is clearly an example. I am not that excited for the next couple, but let's see what they can do.
I'm going through some personal stuff right now and...yeah I'm going to put this on hold. I don't know if I will come back to it or not. But, as of now...I ain't in the mood for this.

I don't think that the comments are deceiving. It's more of a personal preference. For example, I gave this series a 5. Why? I felt that the couple of TinCan did not have the same chemistry that they did in Season one. I did not see any point for Ae as well as Tar in this season. Also, it was annoying the way that they easily wrapped up the storyline of Kengla and Techno as well as Tum and Keen. The only saving grace for me was shockingly, Tul and Gonhin's storyline.
If they are people who gave this series a low score due to the absence of an actor, they are stupid. However, I am seeing some people in the reviews stating they didn't like it for some of the reasons that I have stated and I agree with them.
The sad fact that this series has fifteen (15!) episodes of seven couples and we are now only on episode five, going through the third couple is irking me. I mean, even Close Friends which is on six couples in six episodes, through twenty minutes story telling is better than this! And they got one about a boy and a cat!
And what hurts the most is that this director made some okay series. So far, this seems like this ain't going to be one of them.
I know that I have said in the past that this series really has no plot and it's just basically a fanservice to us fans. But I really want to know- WHAT FAN ASKED FOR THIS?! Cause, no! This episode and this couple had me like bleh throughout the whole episode. And I thought we left behind the whole I will sleep with him bet back in the late 90's/ early 2000's? No one wants this plot!
And then you got Mon grinning like a fool and making noises around him, although his friend has told him more than once that Team is a player. Also, what that shirtless scene of Team was supposed to do? Cause if it was to make me cringe with that so-called sexy music in the background- it succeeded. And who tf wipes thier WET HANDS on someone's shirt and this is supposed to be sexy?! Mon deserves better! I don't like this couple- like AT ALL!!! I'm not even that invested in this couple! And I still have to watch 1 more episode of them! Ugh!
Love this week's two episodes. Had me on the edge of my seat as what happened in the episodes, I wasn't expecting it. Can't believe that this series will be ending next week!
Finally! FINALLY! Xiao Li Cheng and Teng Mu Ren are a couple! This week's episode was just...phenomenal! I am sooo happy!! I may not like some things that happened for th to reach here, but I am glad that they did!
Also, that guest appearance of Sun Bo Xiang at the end- it just made my day! Also, saw from the preview next week that thier ex boss is back (boo!) as well as another appearance of Sub Bo Xiang and Lu Zhi Gang! Can't believe that I am saying this- but I can't wait for next week!
Still here with this series and I must say...the struggle to continue watching this series is real. And I know that it's a personal preference in watching series, but I really want to know what in this series is keeping people to come back week after week on YouTube. Cause some of those comments there are praising this series and I am not seeing it at all.

Hmm. I am seeing that people are saying episode twelve was ( a bit) boring. Personally, for me, I didn't think so. I felt like it was basically the same in the previous episodes. I mean, some things were cleared up. Nick is no longer going to pursue Prab cause Prab doesn't like him like that. Tri also seems that he is no longer going to pursue Choi, cause he knows that Prab likes him like that.
Also, the teacher/ student storyline is FINALLY over! They actually went a direction that I didn't expect them to.I actually thought that Maping and the teacher were going to become an item-so glad that they are not! I actually want to see more of Choi's friend and the senior who delivers food- I felt like thier story started too late in this series.
Next week is the finale and I can't wait to see what happens between Prab and Choi!
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by just watching the first episode. Totally loved it. This series wasn't even in my plan to watch list. But, somehow I just decided to give it a go and...bam! Just love it! Glad that I can watch a new Taiwanese series that has started off in a good way!
