they don’t have a storyline in the novel . when kinn and porsche were kidnapped korn ordered pete to bring chay to the major house since his house isn’t safe anymore, so when he moved to the major house he stayed in kim’s room and they became close. kim is super protective of chay , they spend their time playing video games in kim’s room. and since they don’t have presence in the novel we don’t know much about how they became together we only got a hint that chay made the first move on kim and that’s all. but in the show they gave them original story so we don’t know how they will develop from now on

this side story really slapped me in the face and told me u still have two days for the actual episode 😭
