some people really need to learn to cultivate patience in watching a police themed series. give time for the plot to unfold at its own pace. we have 10 episodes anyway. for this kind of story, it's normal when criminals are one step ahead of the police or even when police can't save a few souls in the process. those parts are always intentionally being shoved to your face to bring the cases more dramatic, more tragic, more interesting to follow... and it never means the police in any series do nothing to prevent worse things happen or not eager to arrest their suspects sooner. if you ever think you knew much better to do than the police on your screen, it's just an illusion you experience due to a privilege in your viewer seat to fully grasp of the situation from victims' and criminals' pov too 😮‍💨

too focus in technical stuff is always a joy killer. there's no perfection in any production, moreover in thai entertainment industry, and sometimes it's just matter of styling from the production that doesn't suit our taste. regarding particular moment you mentioned, i admit i wish they would have left us alone with jadekamin's first kiss too 😭💔 but probably their intention was really to create an irony? that's pretty common happening in a series or a movie which having both romance and crime. anyway, i believe you will like transitions during the club scenes ep.5! only increasing the intensity, also joongdunk were so hot there 🔥🔥🔥 and me too, i'm looking forward to meet their new characters 🥰

i'm also a joongdunk's fan and i'm happy for joongdunk like many others who love this series 🥰 in my opinion, they've done a good job already. dare you to death series version is allowing the main bl couple to breathe for their own engaging romantic storyline while the cases keep going with intriguing mistery full of blood from the dark side. and most important, author of the novel is satisfied with this adaptation too. keng kwang kang maybe sounds unfamiliar to you, but they're experienced as much as parbdee in thai entertainment industry especially for these genres. i think you just need to make peace with yourself first, let go of the past, so you can finally see how enjoyable this series is and how joongdunk keep earning new fans through dare you to death 💛
