so cmiiw, some of them want to disband the eight but they need the holder as the leader to voice out and make decision about that. and a little side note, the eight actually a large underground group. so they need a leader.
and after mission at beijing, hua minchu disband one part of the eight "the entertain group". they out of the eight and hua minchu as the holder arrange them to have accomodation, another jobs ect. so after they are not part of the eight they still have some "retirement compensation" lol
