And Ji Heng then became that nut who kept brandishing that stupid dragon scale so he abandoned Reba on their wedding day 😰😰😰

The costumes in part 2 are on point. And Allen looks amazing but LHQ is a wow for me here too. He’s so manly!

Yes this! I mean she’s pretty but I don’t know why they made her costume the way they did! Plus it’s weird but she really does look like she gained weight which is weird for this type of drama

I’m a little fuzzy on some of it but the gist of it is LHQ leads his army of demon masters to Beiyuan but actually it’s his excuse to look for JYH because she has something in her body that he needs? And Chang Yi is hella mad jealous because he says with everyone including LHQ she can speak and laugh but with him he gets nothing. He wants to know what he means to her. In her monologue she’s sorry but she says she needs to know what happened in the past. And then the stupid fox clan comes up and accuses her and LHQ of plotting against Beiyuan and the Fox king says he will kill them. But since JYH saves him she gets dragged before Chang Yi and he just says, you did all this just so you can escape? Later Chang Yi and LHQ meet and LHQ asks him to free JYH because he can’t protect her but Chang Yi says “I will protect her”. That’s pretty much it! Thanks so providing the link!

If they follow the novel, he doesn’t actually realize the sacrifices she made so he could escape until he is captured by Shunde a second time and she tells him. Initially before that Yunhe upon rebirth doesn’t have all her memories and she hides her true face until she rescues him from a scene with lava flow threatening Beiyuan. They do start to fall back in love shortly after though.
