But of course she flies right to the rescue and saves him but then he’s badly hurt and after their wedding goes to sleep eternally. But it’s a happy ending 😍

Not sure how she is portrayed in the drama but in the book she’s his master that he pines for. Which is why he always protects Shunde and lets her do stupid shit

I don’t mind his character in the drama but I really do hope as you do that he doesn’t pine for her and then turns horrible or weak.
