binge watched this and the final message is just that you can't control who you like and that's okay. usually when i watch dramas i prefer FL that are badass and strong but in this case i found myself rooting for the FL despite her being a bit weak willed cuz the ACTRESS damn. like she breathed life into every single action and word the character said that you can't help rooting for her happy ending. glad to see the ML in another main role. i thought he was great in "bow then kiss" too.
didn't have much expectations going into this but was pleasantly surprised to see park hyun sik!you will laugh a bit but then the plot gets a bit more solemn as the jury unravels what really happened the night of the incident. i quite enjoyed watching it. cried a little too.
I haven’t watched the movie yet, but based on your comment, I would think such actions are stalking regardless…
yeah it is still basically stalking. what i meant to say was that it's still categorized as rom com but IRL this would totally not be okay no matter who it is.
i think the director casted the perfect actors for the main roles! i especially loved the play scene where they reversed the roles of the death scene...actually caused me to tear up a bit.
perhaps unpopular opinion but if the male lead wasn't handsome like...wouldn't the plot basically just be outright stalking? (following home, on commute, moving next door etc)
I watched it raw and I mean it's an okay movie. TLDR: girl gets a bracelet that allows her to access the "8th day" of the week where she's the only one in the world basically and she uses this to start exchanging notes with her crush. But then she loses the bracelet and gets caught stealing and cheating and then almost towards the end she decides to transform herself by working hard...the ending was bittersweet-ish. Her crush never learns who the person he was exchanging notes with was (had to leave to another city)...but like c'mon this is the age of cellphones! I'm sure she'll be able to contact him.
really wholesome show! shows what the daily life of a detective is like (never set time of clocking out basically) and the constant chase in order to bring justice.
Nakagawa Taishi!
