Hi thanks for respecting other opinions and with that said I do respect yours too. To answer your question of course not and I will watch this show most likely , I think chemistry is one of the most important factors for a show with plot and writing being most important to me. I dropped may show because of bad writing even if plot and acting are good, acting itself is also important but this being romcom I don't think you need some god tier level actors just good ones which there is a lot of in Korea...(not saying she is bad I haven't seen her much so I cant judge that) I also watched many shows not only dramas where leads are not that attractive or beautiful objectively and still I believe that every man or woman has something attractive about them and personally I find something beautiful on a lot of people i saw, but in her case i don't know she is okay looking but just somehow bland idk how to describe it ...(and since yo mention it think the ting i don't like the most is her sharp jawline even thou im a westerner maybe that is it what i find off about her looks). And lastly of course i don't like people in Korea being subjected to brutal beauty standards especially regarding weight i think most of k actresses are too skinny and that is not shaming them on their bodies i just don't think its healthy to be like that, and as far as plastic surgery goes everybody has a right to want to look more beautiful and if they want to do surgery to look better they are free to do so its their life their choice their body, i don't like to even mention that and never want to shame someone who did it because if it makes them feel better that is what matters.
This is a good premise, but I’m not fully convinced about the casting of Kim Hye-yoon. Personally, I find her looks fairly average, especially compared to many other Korean actresses I’ve seen over the years. I have seen a lot of normal women on the street and city in Korea that are way more attractive then her. There are a lot of actresses who, in my opinion, stand out more visually. That said, I’m not saying she’s unattractive or ugly just that, relative to others in the industry, she doesn’t stand out as much looks wise.
