They better be putting all this time into the post-production. Imagine waiting all this time for the series to air and the special effects are worse than Sharknado. 😭

What would be your dream type of OST song Gawin would sing for this?
For me, I'd love to see something like Bring Me to Life by Evanescence. This drama seems melodramatic enough to warrant it lol.

Actually I understand and I don't understand, in the sense that I understand that anxiety is created because rightly…
I think we're talking over each other and not at each other. That's great they're doing those things, but the studio is not doing anything on their end. As stated, posting a production still and using the official show's X is far different than actors interacting. None of what you said addresses my belief that money is an issue related to this series and may explain delays or (hopefully not) a shelving completely.

Anyway, let's hope the series happens soon. Good talking to you, hope you have a nice day.

Studios can change their minds about something in an instant and if a series that requires money doesn't seem worthwhile, they're not going to do anything about it. Think about the Batgirl movie that was finished but in the end was shelved because WBD didn't want to eat the cost of advertising a movie that they believed would bomb. Obviously GMM is nowhere near the sizes of WBD and this series isn't an action movie, but I use it to illustrate the point that a company can decide seemingly arbitrarily and out of nowhere that a product should be shelved, for whatever reason (though usually money) even if said product is nearly done.

It is entirely possible that there is no correlation between the belief in the success of this pairing and the cost of the series in post-production. To do this right and not have it be mocked for bad special effects it needs money and GMM might not want to invest that type of money. It's much easier to make a boy meets boy in college series than a vampire romance.

My point remains that GMM would still be better served to release some sort-of update, or at the very least update the X, which hasn't posted anything since the 1st. Let's say they are going all in on this series, spending tons of money on the effects and thus are pushing it back a few months to have this look amazing; none of that will matter if all the hype has died down.

The infuriating aspect of all of this is GMM could be doing the bare minimum right now but instead have gone completely silent. It's not difficult to post production stills in order to keep the already interested viewers engaged as well as pique the interest of those unfamiliar with this work. If they are truly dedicating time to the special effects (and money, since good special effects are not cheap whatsoever), they are wasting any money spent by letting this sit on the back burner without any additional content to tide over an eager audience--an audience they can lose if they let this squander in obscurity for a bit before releasing it months from now. You can't expect a return on your investment if you let it sit for ages collecting dust. Quite an easy way to go, "see, no one was really interested to begin with," which is quite common when it comes to studios who don't have faith in a project

I truly hope that if there isn't a trailer released soon as some have theorized that they at least start utilizing social media and the actors. At the moment this series feels like the black sheep of the family and one has to wonder if the studio has lost confidence in the success of Joss and Gawin as partners. Granted that could just be my pessimism talking, since GMM never has respected Gawin to the degree I believe he has always deserved.

Long story short, fingers crossed.
