Hi. Based on all the photos I've seen from articles of that time, his mole was removed before finishing his military service. That is prior to July 1st 2019, when he was discharged, since he doesn't have it anymore by then.
But he does have it during the start of it, October 23rd 2017, so it was probably removed during his serving time (he had a buzzcut/really short hair all this time).
Allegedly, he started dating KSR in 2019, when she was already a legal adult, turning 19 in July 31st. But he doesn't seem to have the mole then. So why does KSH have it in the photos when they're dating? That's the question that the other poster was trying to make.
It could've regrown during their dating time, but in the photos of official events I've looked up during late 2019-2020, he doesn't have it. Which is weird because the other times where he has it, he/his stylists don't cover it up with make up (and it couldn't have been possibly covered up in his dischargement).
