I knoooooooooooow!!! Honestly I was soooo happy at the beginning ,at how they didnt make into such an asshole in comparison to the other version. He was more childish and a narcissist than abusive. But then ep 4 came in and I was literally soooooooo pissed. Why would they do that. *sigh * imma keep watching it, really hoping that things dont take a rough turn like that again.

Watched this drama when it was airing. if you asked me what happened I will not be able to tell you. It was like I blacked out. I remember it was good, but not memorable.

And I am saying, you being a third party that isnt affected by what said people wear, shouldnt try to bash on someone else's cultural outfit no matter what and why they are worn for, hence it being extereme. And thanks for noticing that my english isnt that great. I speak 3 languages(how many languages do you speak???), you know things get jumbled up. I am not offended I am trying to make you understand my point of view. Not trying to prolong this so I will make it short.
The people who wear the abaya, wear it with full consent. Some muslim dont wear it till way later in life , heck some dont wear it at alllllll. This goes with out saying that if someone want to wear a Abaya for their religious believes or a cultural, and you being a third party that is absoluteeeeeely not affected by them wearing it, shouldn't bash them for it. We cohabit this earth and we must understand each other boundaries. I am not going to subject you into wearing a abaya. and you shouldnt subject me into wearing a mini-skirt.

Saying " unanimously the garment is the most extreme thing to wear" is offensive. Because if the people who wear the abaya are fully in consent to it, they have absolutely no right to say what is extreme and what's not, unless they themselves are muslim.
racism is the "prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior." and if she did degrade the abaya for it being too extereme to wear than again that is racist. Cause people wear abaya for it was stated in the quran ... Meaning that this is a discrimination on someone beliefs (AKA RACISM)
Freedom of speech doesnt allow you to joke on the expense of someone else culture, that is a hate crime. Its not about sensitivity. Its about comfort zones. limitation and mutual respect. if a person isnt comfortable with a joke than you shouldnt try to force it by saying that "its a joke bruh", "dont take it too seriously" or "freedom of speech.... "

I am a muslim myself, and from what I understood this might be a case of cultural appropriation(unless they stereotyped the Arab community as terrorist in an attempt to crack a joke, than that would be crude and racist). I havent watched it yet, so I cant say for sure what is what. But thanks for the reply .
More and more people watched the ending, I guess. It's a wonderful drama for the first half, but it becomes slow…
Having finished the drama I completely understand what went down now... And I am bitter too. I mean it was soooo beautifully done in the beginning but from ep 8 onward was absolute crap. And dont even get me started on the ost.
It's not stiffness.its the character he's playing.
its not that!!! I mean that biscuit scene could have been so dark and hot... But I dont think this role was meant for him. He is more of a sweet heart and his role is totally contradicting his persona. So that is why in my opinion I think every time he acts it feels soo heavy and out of character for him. Hence the stiffness.
