The ending of episode 11 broke my heart. Ngl the moment Hyunwoo showed up with the umbrella, I knew it was Eunseong and not him like his tone and body language were weird but the fact that Haein’s illness has gotten so much worse makes me really sad… can her WBC pull through 🥲

The only form of compensation I’m willing to accept for the emotional damage inflicted on me by the writer and all the tears I shed is a happy ending

Episode 10 epilogue made my heart melt 🥹❤️

Ahhh I thought you’re mistaken about the episode number because I considered that epilogue a cute flashback, knowing Hyunwoo was Haein’s first love and the guy on the bus she was referring to :’) but I get you, my heart breaks for her more and more with each episode
And yeah, the drama has such heart-wrenching OSTs that make it easier to cry every time 😭

If you mean episode 5 epilogue where Hyunwoo extended the lifeline on Haein’s palm with a pen then yeah I bawled my eyes out during that one too 😭

Also it’s mostly been sweet epilogues at the end of every episode but this time the epilogue had me BAWLING

Episode 8 was so good omg the plot twist! Can’t wait for the Hong family to be humbled bad (except for aunt Beomja I LOVE HERRR)

I’m a fan of romance in crime/thriller dramas but the lack of it in this one didn’t really bother me, although the romance tag (which has now been removed) made me even more excited about the show when it first started airing. I feel like introducing a proper love line here would’ve taken away the focus from the main plot, given the whole thing with Isoo’s family and how intense it got towards the last few episodes. Instead, we were able to see Isoo and Ganghyun gradually warm up to each other, learn to work together and build unbreakable trust. Them being worried about one another in different scenarios and comforting each other was such a nice development in their relationship, natural and subtle. It’s gonna be so fun to watch their romance unfold in season 2! I’m so ready for all the slow-burn and denial 🫶🏻
