The storyline was so gripping and intriguing and I really liked the supernatural elements, there were also many plot twists I didn’t see coming. The cinematography was breathtaking, the visuals were stunning, the styling was gorgeous and the OSTs were amazing. The dialogues were so beautifully-written with lots of memorable lines and quotes, which I loved. Among other things that stood out to me are the parallel scenes and how well they were executed. As for the ending, I personally found it satisfying and emotionally rewarding with everything tying up perfectly. And finally, the acting was incredible. I applaud Song Kang and Kim Yoojung for their performances and how brilliantly they conveyed a powerful and unique story of love and sacrifice and made it easy for me to get attached to their characters and feel their pain and joy. I’m so happy My Demon was the drama that introduced me to them and so glad I didn’t wait until it finished airing to start watching it. It filled my life with so much happiness the past few weeks and I’ll definitely look back on it fondly. It’s one of those shows that will stay in my heart for a long time 🤍 10/10

I loved how they managed to mix a lot of tropes and genres without making the plot feel like it’s all over the place. It was the perfect blend of everything: romance, fantasy, comedy and suspense with enemies to lovers, CEO x bodyguard, contract marriage, forced proximity, slow-burn romance and past life connection.
Guwon and Dohee’s love story consumed my mind and soul. It’s true that Dohee fell first and later Guwon fell harder, but the fact that every day was one in which they both grew deeper in love made them even more special- it just hits different when relationships are balanced and no partner’s love outweighs the other’s. The way they kept choosing each other over themselves in every scenario and never once hesitated to give it all up for one another, be it in the past or present- they redefined selfless and unconditional love and made my heart ache and flutter. They overcame the odds and defied the rules to be together, rewriting their destiny. Sacrifice was the essence of their love and to me, that was the most beautiful part. I don’t even have words to describe the chemistry between them other than electrifying and magical, they’re the definition of a match made in heaven. I loved how the emotional connection between them built over the episodes and I thought the pace and tension ramping up until their romance blossomed was perfect, truly a delight to watch. While others might’ve found their lovey-dovey moments cheesy, those scenes gave me butterflies and were my serotonin booster <3
The deal Dohee’s dad made with Guwon was to save Dohee and her mom before Dohee was even born. Guwon has been her salvation since the very beginning :’)
Really liked Jin Gayoung’s character development! Also her saving a child from domestic abuse the same way Guwon…
Her overprotectiveness and clinginess towards Guwon didn’t really bother me because at the end of the day, he’s her savior so it’s natural for her to feel that way. I only started having a problem with her when she gave Dohee the pills 💀💀 but I’m glad she redeemed herself at last
Really liked Jin Gayoung’s character development! Also her saving a child from domestic abuse the same way Guwon saved her was so sweet, especially how she altered Guwon’s words and told the little girl that angels will always come to save her :’)
I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better finale. Everything tied up perfectly at the end and all the storylines were wrapped up nicely. It all made sense and the way it progressed served as proof that the events which occurred up until then were necessary to the plot. I loved how unpredictable it was- Guwon not becoming a human and Dohee not taking over as the chairwoman, contrary to what me and lots of other people were convinced would happen. Instead, Dohee chose to give up the chairperson position for a healthy work-life balance in order to spend more time with Guwon and Guwon remained a demon and is now cherishing every moment with Dohee even more. It’s sad that Dohee’s time with him is limited but the fact that he stayed immortal means they will find each other in every lifetime when she gets reincarnated because Guwon will still have his memories of her. They will find and love each other in every universe and I think that’s really beautiful 🤍 so happy we got all these lovey-dovey moments of them after the heartbreak they (and we) have been through… the park scene was the sweetest! Them being surrounded with bubbles while hugging and kissing each other 🥹🥹 the smile on my face was so big :’) I’m gonna miss them terribly ❤️🩹
A demon restoring his faith in God hundreds of years later and praying to him to save the person he loves the most in exchange of his own life… this was so heart-wrenchingly beautiful
