I went crazy after that photoshoot.

Marvel created that forced women improvement. They add their characters superpowers, it is not the issue. But that is it. They don't know what to do with those characters after creating them.

The same thing happened with Mulan too.

Understandable. I want it too. But she is not weak or pathetic without those superpowers.

One of my favorite kdrama female characters is Shim Suryeon (in the first two seasons) That woman was not the strongest when it comes to phsycal strenght but she had the charisma, strong personality and brains.

I still think phsycal strenght is important when you write female characters but sometimes they just do it because of the lazy writing and it looks so forced.
But Naksu's case is different. Because imo, if you write a fantasy world that is full of mages, you should give the same feature to the female characters too. That is why I always think Choyeon is so wasted. They could have done so many things.
I'm excited for the moment Naksu will gain her powers, it will be unforgettable. But... She is not a damsel in the distress either without her powers AND memories.

It was Jinmu's plan. He wants to lure Jang Uk there to "harm" Buyeon.

Am I the only one who thinks Park Jin just played dumb? I know I slandered him today so much but... Like... Even Master Heo was like "I feel like I have seen her". There is no way Park Jin didn't feel that way.

Also, in the preview he said to Mama Jin "That rumor( I guess, the rumor that Naksu came back and started killing people) can kill your daughter". I feel like he noticed the resemblance but never mentioned because he doesn't need to do it.

She is actually a great example what actually a badass woman means! Because some pieces of media really started twisting it and people started to think if you cannot fight physically then you are a weak woman. ESPECIALLY IN MEDIEVAL TIMES. We saw her pretty badass sides in the first and last episode in the first part. She slays! But we actually need to look her other qualities. Can she escape from that extremely rich and powerful family without her powers AND memories? She did pretty well, like no one can deny. It was her honesty, bravery and willed personality that made Uk agree with her. She can she she is dumb, but it was a pretty smart move. We also saw in this episode her other sides, she is still Naksu as a whole. She just doesn't have memories and isn't traumatized.

Anyway, it looks like she will regain her powers in the next 1-2 episodes.

I swear to god if one more person says "Naksu is a damsel in the distress now" I will tansunize someone!
