For me, XJ character is better than JM. Even without having 6 senses, she protects him, trusts him, and gave him the opportunity to explain the misunderstanding in most scenes. She said it herself no intention of killing him, she would never do it. After she learned about SF true intentions and reasons for becoming a bad guy, she gave up everything to search for him. I love it so much when she becomes a badass to protect SF from people. In the novel, she doesn't even like it when people glance at him being a demon. Maybe I love Second Lead in AOL drama, never like the love story of JM & XF. You might take a break from watching LAR cause more misunderstanding scenes are coming for upcoming episodes, and XJ got stronger and got her full power as God of war.

After watching heavy dramas, my heart needs some cute, soft, and dreamy love story. So far so good, love the chemistry between the two leads. The way he looks at her, caring about her, smiling at her, everything he does to protect and at the same time, he wants her to get stronger and badass. I heard there will be a lot of kisses scene and bed scene. I don't mind lol
The thing that I like about FL of the drama is her strong-well and superpower. Usually, ML chases the girl to explains the misunderstanding but lol in here, XJ is the one who chases SF to explains the situation, misunderstanding cases. SF is her first love, first kiss, and the only person she promises to marry in this life. She is bold and fearless when it comes to skinship, tease, and flirt him all the time.
I don't understand how it works on Viki for requesting show, they put '' the promise of chang'ah '', but no love and redemption? I am not feeling about the new drama, the plot is too heavy and the main actress is so so. All of Chen Yi dramas are historical with action. I still can't leave this beautiful drama, why would they cut the episodes 72 to 59?

damn, this drama hitting me so hard, have been every crying almost every episode. The last drama makes me cry was '' it's okay, that's love''. Just love everything about this drama, the actor's performances make me cry, laugh, sad and crazy, lol I cursed so much on HC. This drama deserves to be popular and hit on drama land.

I think this is normal for most Chinese drama as far as I can see. Men celebrities tends to gain more fans than female celebrities. I think they both did really well for this show, and the rest of actors too.

I like both version, but prefers drama XJ relationship with SF. She's totally cold and intense version in the book, but still SF suffered a lot cuz of misunderstandings.
