14 and 25 shouldnt be normalised. She's a pedophile? As for doctors, it isn't any better.
'he is 15' u say that with confidence, as if that makes it any better lol. and me, being immature for finding fault in that age gap, what am i supposed to grasp? there's nothing deep or artistic about it, especially when the dynamics, including the power and maturity levels between the two individual is drastically different? (as opposed to the book lolita where the older man does not a spark a sympathetic audience and their story wasn't romanticised, then ya i guess you need to be mature and open minded to read that).
Sejoo is not like a dog with his leash in Sooji's hand,he is willing to do things for her and he also likes her.
sooji didnt asked him to poison kyungjoo's mum. he did it on his own bc he didn't want kyungjoo to go on the trip (+ her mum accidentally ate the food which was meant for the daughter)

I mean, you could see it that way but i didn't lol, we all have our different interpretations. I do agree YB was calculating and scheming throughout the show. But it's also obvious that he was always on the verge of self destructing; that is, his calm and collected self was only a facade and it was only a matter of time that he did something worse despite all the 'guilt'. Jaechan said during the investigation process that YB was just bad, and YB proves it by killing Mr Choi. Besides, he was willing to kill the serial killer, what makes you think he isn't capable of simply murder without motive? All this time, he's able to get away with being a villain, but when he realised there was no way he'll able to save himself, like i stated in my last comment, he had nothing to lose.
Why did our "evil" character Lee Yu Beom kill Mr. Choi? The whole drama was about how he did things for his own…
Probably out of anger?? Yubeom probably thought he had nothing else to lose since his lawyer had already given up on him and he's gonna be sent to prison anyways. He also thought Mr Choi was gonna be somewhat on his side since he had always treated him very nicely - like being the only one to celebrate his birthday, etc. So his 'betrayal' (if i can even call it that since it's more like justice) is more hurtful. Also, Mr Choi dying is really important because that's when Jaechan tells him THE words that will help his younger self to move forward and meet with him in the future. If Jaechan didn't say what he said during Mr Choi's death, there's a possibility that he wouldn't have made it this far since he'll still feel responsible for the death of Jaechan's and Hong Ju's parents.
Wait so I have a question. I finished this drama and to be honest the ending really took me by surprise. I had…
Sorry for the late reply, don't know if it's still relevant LOL
ANYWAYS tbh, I was confused at first too since he does seem like the type to comfort a friend in need so when it was revealed at the end he somewhat "triggered" Sowoo's death i was like ?????? how is he just gonna let him jump like that ????. But at the same time, it's not too out of character. Putting aside his calculative ways, which i consider to be a defense mechanism if anything, there were many instances in the show where he did show vulnerability such as when he was revealing his scars to the bully and when he was crying silently in his bathroom. My guess is that, it was out of impulse from all his pent up emotions? Sowoo asked him to give him a reason to live and he couldn't do it; he had taken all the courage to go to all the his "darkest" place to prove to Sowoo it was okay to go through rough patches because you'll move on eventually like he apparently has but.... he STILL couldn't go to the last destination - his old home where his dad had abused and killed his mother. So when he did meet Sowoo after all that, he was already a huge wreck so he felt that his words of encouragement were worthless and.... said what he said. That's my interpretation for you LMAO
I feel bad but i really hated Jihoon when the "plot twist" was revealed. Regardless of me understanding the reason behind his words, he shouldn't have said it lol
5/10. I regret watching this drama :O!! I don't know why I hated it. Well, I hated the ending for sure. it didn't…
Fair enough, you didn't like it. But this drama is faaaaaar from overrated, if anything it's incredibly UNDERated, seeing how the ratings wasn't that good in Korea lol.
