it's a metaphor for the current living conditions too. the billionaires can afford everything they want but they are still greedy, while your usual citizen struggles to survive from one month to another in poor working conditions and with little compensation for their work. the difference in wealth has never been so big in the history of humankind. so yes, it's classism. class war and the like

just finished the 6th episode and my only complaint so far is the unnecessary misunderstanding between the leads (because of that hairpin & co). whyyyyyyy????? we had a lot of plot points already. :( i hate this trope.
