@MizukiHaruno i don't think that having a crush on someone constitutes breaking boundaries. yes, maybe he is inclined to pay attention to her - but that is done unconsciously because that's how humans behave when they are in love. au contraire, he is trying to make her quit BECAUSE he has a crush on her - so her leaving the company would instantly solve the "boundary" issue. for obvious reasons, though, she would not and cannot do that. he also cannot leave his position because of the agreement between him and his father regarding the divorce.
