Being a baptized catholic, going to catholic private schools from grade school to high school and attending Sunday…
I'm really looking forward to your comments once it airs. And in a very, very good way. I'm an orthodox Christian and we don't have these Catholics "limitations" per se. I'm eager to see everyone's point of view at this point. One thing I'm sure of, the series will be amazing!
Is it just me or is Sky’s acting average? Was it the director who misdirected him, or was it because he was…
He doesn't have as many lines as Nani, but you should follow his facial expressions and especially his eyes. They'll tell you the story as they always do.
It's all about business. Always has been, always will be. Non-BLs/GLs have bigger audience reaching outside…
Not sure what you mean by "love them a lot and let them fool you a bit". I have a lot of love for a lot of actors as you can see on my pfp. But interestingly enough, it's just these two here that are constantly critisized because they're the only not fixed CP. I actually tend to think that I don't have pink glasses and just watch for whatever it is. But you might be right. Oh, well!

“you all are just fujioshis you don’t see pure friendships on screen anymore” You can call me fujioshi, too and yet you actually said it yourself. There's nothing more to add, apparently. And the last thing I want to make is "a fool of you".
I said it when HSF was airing, I'll say it again. It's called having chemistry. It's one of these things that actors is nice to have when acting together. It's up to the watcher to interpret it however they want. But constantly pushing this "fan service" narrative is super annoying. And with this, thank you for the conversation, it stops here from my side.

I do understand what you're saying but I hope you understand me, too. Calling the actors “BL pairing that’s not a BL pairing” is not the most flattering thing, especially when you're watching the series and not just passing by to hate on it. That's the only reason I even answered you, because I saw the reason in your post. That's all.

They have never been a pair, it's the fans that ship them as one. As company assets, they're two actors. And as someone who never liked the concept of fixed CPs, let me tell you that it's all in the fans' heads. You want to ship them, be my guest, just don't demand your expectations to be fulfilled. At the end of the day, they're just actors and that's their job.
First thing that appears in my head when yaos are mentioned is “Legend of Exorcism” aka one of my fav Chinese…

In order to be able to afford such quality of production you need few very important things. Sponsors for one, that's the secret behind these pilot trailers that we get on a yearly basis. They attract these companies and their money. For Wu, there are 4 and 3 of them are directly represented by the actors.
You probably also noticed that GMM is shifting the way they distribute their series lately, targeting platforms like Viu, iQiyi, Viki, etc instead of putting everything on YouTube as they used to. This gives them a chance to increase their revenue, selling the right to the highest bidder and with that future budgets.
Last but not least as it will get too long, it also helps to have very talented actors and crew because no matter how high the budget, at the end of the day, it's the execution that matters. I hope this explains.
I have a question why is this series named "Love of silom" like who the hell is silom???
Initially, Silom is the financial district of BKK but it also hosts the two biggest gay clubs in the city - DJ Station and G Bangkok. Also Silom 4 alley has a lot of gay bars, which resembles the series scenery.
It took me more than 24 hours to bring myself to rewatch it and damn, it was even better the second time. Now that all the emotions settled, I can proudly say that it's a job amazingly done! The details are crazy and never get me started on Sky and Nani's acting. I've literally watched everything they've ever starred in.
Sea was superb and from what I gathered, we'll have a bunch of guest stars every episode that are not even on the casting list yet!

HSF was famous, WU will be legendary!
