Yoon's character - Thai is senior to everyone in the series (not sure about Sorn though). He's the senior in the company so it's only logical that they all call him P or Hia. It's a seniority title rather than a relative one. That's why I said that it's very difficult to translate these in English as in English, there are personal pronounces and people call each other by name.

They call him "nong", which is a "title" for someone younger, not necessarily a sibling. There's no translation for these in English. Whoever does the subs might as well just use his name for accuracy.
